We offer a range of digital services including but not limited to web design and development, branding and visual identity, digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing), UI/UX design, mobile app development, and e-commerce solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement provided to the client before work commences.
By engaging our services, you agree to provide all necessary content, materials, access credentials, and timely feedback required for us to complete your project. Delays caused by failure to provide required materials may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of ThinkDone Solutions LTD.
All pricing is quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms are specified in the project proposal or invoice. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or according to the agreed milestone schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
Upon full payment, all custom-designed deliverables (including website designs, logos, graphics, and app interfaces) created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client. ThinkDone Solutions LTD retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party assets, stock images, fonts, or licensed software used in your project remain subject to their respective licence terms.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges. Major changes to the project scope after work has commenced may require a revised proposal and adjusted pricing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, client data, or trade secrets shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.
ThinkDone Solutions LTD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or conversion rates, as these are influenced by factors beyond our control.
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our website without express written permission. We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of our website at any time without notice.
